Currently at the Platinum arc, finished Diamond & Pearl arc a couple of weeks ago
How about you?This is the series should've been animated! Red is badass
As for his anime counterpart, Ketchum.... I'm not going to say it, I would just bash EDIT: Added a couple of more fanarts of our three protagonists! Red, Green and Blue are awesome! (Mercy don't worry, I hated Green too... he gets better later and as for Charmander... I can't spoil it! XD)

Ever since I found this late 2009 I've never stopped being a fan.
Now if only the tankobons have regular quarterly releases instead of being semi annual :flaw:

Where do you read it? The site I was reading doesn't have anything after "VS Togekiss" (you know, when Platinum starts her fight against the second brain... can't say anymore for spoilers XD) and I really wanted to read it. Ehh I liked Pokemon up to the Sinnoh region and thats about it. The new pokemon are ugly and the names for them are weird.

Agreed. I hated the new season (Dento's cute though) and, actually, I stopped liking the show after Johto, I watched Hoenn just for curiosity and Sinnoh just out of boredom. I started re-watching Pokémon to remember a bit of my childhood and for fun... but Sinnoh wasn't fun and not even remotely near what I remembered from my childhood.
And somehow I found the manga. Unlike the anime, it's more mature, it actually has a plot (what was Ketchum's goal again, anyone remembers?), and the main character (or any of the characters, for that matter) isn't dumb or a ten year old. It's more manga-ish, japanese-ish, I guess that's what I liked about it
I confirm Johto as my favorite arc though. Crystal is AWESOME!

Crystal belongs with Gold! Never mind his "inappropiate touch" with Blue at the end of Johto arc, I love those two! xd

FRLG arc was epic. Yeah that made me grow more into Special, because by the Johto arc I was still between MangaPoke and Special, but when Red caught her... cute!

When she was training with Green and she cried and stuff. Not useless in my book but many people classify her like that. Kind of like Sakura Haruno.
And then there's the shipping war. Don't forget Mangapokeshippers and Specialshippers often bully each other
And man, I need to read BW, but I wanted to finish Platinum arc first (even through I think not everything about it is out). And I also want to see HGSS, you read it?

Hm... I never thought of her as a Mary Sue. Mainly because I've read some crazy Mary Sue-bulls*** in the One Piece section of ffnet (seriously, which common girl is 18, has a higher bounty than Doflamingo and the Mizu Mizu no mi... and everyone on the crew thinks she's gorgeous and hot. Yes, this includes Zoro and Luffy, and Nami and Robin too to some extend). After seeing that, I assure you Yellow is far from being a MS.I thought they hated her mostly because she's a Mary Sue ... but she isn't.

Plus, her pokémon aren't the strongest one around. Yes she knows how to play cool tricks and has an excellent timing with those...
like when she evolved her Metapod into Butterfree at the perfect moment when facing Lance.
Mary sues often have crazy powerful pokémon and some legendary. So I don't think Yellow counts as such. Not to mention, she was defeated some times. MS can't be defeated XD

Oh I've seen those, I used to have a bunch then my cpu was sent to fix and... well, you know what happened. All gone, too lazy to make them again XD But they are cool. Are those your pokémon in the game?
Btw, I need to mention this. I just finished re-reading the Johto arc... Sabrina is so cool *.* I love her! And I'm considering writing a fic about her, either Red/Sabrina or Surge/Sabrina (probably the latter). Very probably set in the johto springs

Nah, I'll read it eventually. Still watching Platinum take the Battle Frontier, she's going pretty well by now. I feared this was going to be a ripoff of the Emerald arc, but to the moment it's not, so I like it and I'm going to enjoy it.
Although the link to the site you gave didn't have all chapters, are those all the ones that are out?
