Can they use FTG on people they cant see?

what the FUKC have you been reading, they used ftg on tobi??? seriously worst observation ever. clone naruto PUFFED away, and it cut to REAL naruto and bee meeting up with tobi else where. and no they cant use ftg on someone they cant see because they have to be touching a person to teleport them with ftg as well as the caster. e.g when minato done it on kyuubi.
