Nasuada being a rider/using magic at all would be sort of contradictory.

Yes, but any other magic that Galbatorix used, she wouldn't know about really and doesn't have the time to learn all about magic.

Oh, I meant that she generally distrusts magic users, saying that certain members of the population would be able to cheat and steal and no one would be able to know, and that she would have to address the issue at some point.

And since she's the leader of the varden and a possible candidate for becoming the leader of Alegasia (spelling), I doubt if she becomes immortal, as it's already been stated in the books that having a ruler that can outlive their people is a bad idea.

@Pervy - True, but I'm counting on Galbatorix being dead before she came into her dragon. all of the people that would get the dragon in my prediction would not get it until after the defeat of Galbatorix. I'm pretty sure that the dragon is still just an egg.

Im also want the dragons to use magic as one again, like when they took away the forsworn's names xd

About the next rider...
i think Arya would be the most logical person to become a rider and maybe she will have a male dragon in which case it will also do the cross pairing and keep the dragons alive...

But the fact that we have not met Galbatorix upto now really demands a detail flow into his entire story in this book...

Another thing is Roran will learn magic from Eragon. I remember Roran practicing Stonr rise and I Believe he will have an episode close to what Eragon had where he will say it and raise a bunch of large rocks and almost kill himself and go into a coma for awhile up until the baby is born.

I can't wait to read it I guess that Roran will probably be the next rider, romance between Arya and Eragon will brighten up again and I sincerely hope that writer will change that "leaving Alagesia never to return" part.
