Madara's meteorite technique is an ems technique

I think he used Both. The Susano'o (Sharingan) And the Rinnegan to preform that technique.

He used Susano'o hand seals and the Rinnegan eyes

If by meteor you are talking about chibaku tensei, its totally different. Chibaku tensie is formed from earth due to its gravitational pull gathers from the earths crust, the metoer that madara summoned came from nowhere. Arguably from space though

Actually it happened when he was in susano weaving the hand seals. And guess what jutsu came after that dance? Bigass pebble.

Well meteors are from space, so i assume its coming to earth.

Actually chibaku tensei isnt from space. Weve seen in both god realm vs naruto and nagato vs itachi, bee and naruto that it gathers from the earth.

Anyway you have should an interesting link with nagato seemingly using banshou tennin to pull naruto and what seems like a big rock (no where near a meteor) towards him. I wouldnt go as far as saying that, that rock was from space
