I am sure that some of you have been wondering how Itachi is going to "deal with" Edo Tensei.

Here is a theory that came to my mind after putting together two facts:
1) Kabuto declares that his jutsu has "no weaknesses"
2) Itachi declares that "every jutsu has a weak point"

Which one of them is right? I am betting on Itachi, and I think I have figured out what the weakness of Edo Tensei might be. Please let me know what you think!

Basically, Edo Tensei is a variant of the Summoning jutsu. And we know another jutsu that is related to the Summoning: the Reverse summoning jutsu.

In order to use the Summoning jutsu, the user must sign a contract. With Edo Tensei, the user can summon the souls of dead people: so it seems that the user has signed a contract with the underworld!

What if some dead person would Reverse Summon the user of Edo Tensei?

Of course, usually this is impossible, because the Edo Tensei summons are under the control of the summoning user. But Itachi is an exception: he has been freed from under Kabuto's control. So, the question is: can Itachi Reverse-summon Kabuto? And if he does, what is going to happen?

It seems to me that Kabuto's soul will be summoned by Itachi, similarly to Edo Tensei. But what will happen next? I am betting that the two will have to fight for the control of each other's souls. And, Kabuto will suffer a similar fate to his master :p

I would assume that Itachi is simply going to put Kabuto under an illusion and make him finish it, or at least make it so that the Edo's are no longer hostile towards the allied forces, making sealing them easy.

You may be right. But I thought that Itachi would discover the "weak point" of Edo Tensei, rather than using any of his original techniques. That would just be more interesting and neat, don't you think? ;)

Seems like more work to me. And last I checked, Itachi was a boss. And boss's usually do things the simplest way, because it works best.

Well, but there is one more thing to consider: Kabuto has been preparing for a fight against Madara. And, of course, he would have thought how to protect himself against the Tsukuyomi, because Madara has it, too.

So maybe Kabuto has figured out some way to fight against MS users. He does mention some other jutsu that he can still use, when Madara makes him reveal how to deactivate Edo Tensei.

Remember that Orochimaru and Kabut have been researching Madara. They have already figured out how to control Wood Element users by a special poison.

So, I am betting that Itachi will not be able to use his own MS techniques on Kabuto. But he will discover an ultimate weakness of Edo Tensei, and win!

(I am sooo looking forwards to this :D )
