[THEORY + QUESTION]Why will tobi have one rennigan eye and one ems eye?

Tobi live a very long life (more than 100 years) with the first hokage cell waiting till the right moment to do the MOON EYE PROJECT.I am sure he learn and perfect his jutsu and learn alot of jutsu during his life.
Why know that the rennigan created all the ninjutsu and also the sharingan came from it.

My question why will tobi need one sharingan eyes while he have two better eyes the rennigan?

I got the feeling that the rennigan is overrated because the rennigan suppose to created ninjutsu and other stuff and tobi is far much experience to know the rennigan and what it capable of.The sharingan eye he have on also show that the rennigan could be at the same lvl as the EMS or that the rennigan donot provide or lacks what the EMS eye have

Since when did tobi has a EMS or MS? >.> He has his sharingan which gives space time tech and a rinnengan. So he has all the rinnengan abilities + his spam run away jutsu.

He still needs the Sharingan to put the Genjutsu on the Moon because unlike Madara, whose Sharingan evolved into Rinnegan with the help of 1st DNA, Tobi can't switch between the Sharingan and Rinnegan therefore he still has a Sharingan, his S/T comes from it as well.

well since its been shown that tobi is not madara we dont know who he is so all we know he has the sharinggan but we dont know if he has ems we have seen it. ( i knoe people think hes izuna nd im not saying hes not but we have to wait and see) and mabey he wants the rinniegan beacuse hw wants thoes special abilites like 6 paths and stuff but over all idk

Where did you get any of that information? :| I've seen none of that at all in this manga. Madara is the only one who evolved his EMS to rinnengan and it's unknown how he did it. It's also assumed that nagato and now tobi couldn't switch between rinnengan and ems. Leaving just the rinnengan powers...

remember, A and naruto, not to mention minato, can attack in less than a second. if he has rinnegan alone, he would have to shift constantly between sharingan and rinnegan. in the few seconds naruto and A can attack, tobi could lose his head. with sharingan and rinnegan, he can use both of them at once

Tobi isn't madara until proven otherwise... Nagato even said he wasn't as powerful as the so6p. :| We don't even know how old tobi is.

Because the rinnengan doesn't utterly outclass the sharingan. They both have their respective advantages and exclusive abilities (hint, hint).

People just make the rinnengan out to be substantially stronger when that's not the case at all.

But the manga says otherwise... The masked figured could of been madara but is now tobi. Tobi right now in the manga is not madara... :| Tobi in the past might of been madara.
