If you mean preach as in exaggeration it isnt, look at the panels what he said was backed up by feats.

Its a manga called Digimon Next. And no, before you ask, this isnt the most powerful Digimon, there are plenty of digimons who can 1 shot universes easily. The most powerful Digimon is called Zeedmilleniumon, just by existing it destroys over 3 million universes.

Creating and becoming a universe is on itself a super feat lmao. Seriously, my purpose was simply to demonstrate how overrated Naruto Universe is and yeah I am right, I fear some people think Naruto has characters that can defeat people that can rape DBZ and destroy entire universes.
