A topic like this comes up and half the people only mention Haku, because Naruto's the only thing they've seen. XD;;

But I'm lead to believe Inazuma Eleven suffers from this quite a lot. Aphrodi, a man with long flowing hair, Rococo I'm pretty sure has a female voice actor and looks like a girl, and then there's Ranmaru from Inazuma Eleven Go, who has long pink hair and really looks like a girl.
