I think Nagato and itachi are equally powerful thats why they were equally kabutos special coffins after madara. But Kabuto realzed that itachi is more intelligent. So nagato might lose to itachis intelligence besides there equal power.

Madara and Hashirama would win. cuz madara is a more powerful version and Hashirama won madara.

But 4th vs itachi would be a tough fight but 4th loses
