Who can beat itachi?

I think Minato could beat him. If Danzo found a weakness in Sasuke's Susano'o, then Minato would definately find a weakness in Susano'o. Every jutsu has a weakness. Those were Itachi's words.

Do not compare sasuke and itachi's susanno, itachi has 2 legendary artifacts, if sasuke could call his susanno the ultimate defense, itachi's susanno is some sort of 500 ft tank wall

I think these are the only people we can savely say that they would beat Itachi.

We never saw Izuna in action, neither Tobirama or any other strong looking shinobi. Minato is also to weak as far as we could see his jutsu´s.

Sasuke would be to weak even with his EMS. Only thing that EMS does is that he does not get blind, other than that Itachi is still greater in intelligence, taijutsu, ninjutsu, speed etc.
Blaze release is the only advantage of Sasuke but Amaterasu wont help them against each other anyways, they can both extinguish it with their Mangekyou Sharingan.
Itachi also got 2 spiritual items for his Susano´o which are making him totally invincible against offensive attack.
