Sages eyes vs Sages body

Which one would you have in real life and in Naruto verse and why

Sages eye= Rinnegan,powerful chakra

Sages body= Stamina,durability

Once again I pick the doujutsu (eyes) bec of it's usefulness and the ability to spam Shinra Tensei and rejuvenate my chakra.
