why wasn't sakumo hatake revived by kabuto's technique? he was said to even rival those of the 3 sanin sooo...idk just wondering. plus it'd give kakashi more battlefield time lolx

I think it was mostly orochimaru who got most of the DNA form the older ones and kabuto probably got the more recently deceased ones
