"oh wait i need a new name for my next novel"
why would he think he will make a new novel ?
and plus why the first time , kishi showed us his exact dying moment , as his soul came out of his body and his eyes closed , the second time he sank into water , which leaves the plausibility of a back summon , or one of hanzo's people snatching him out of there

I agree. I think it will be something like how when Kakashi died or maybe Jman may have put some of his chakra in Naruto a way's back. That could be some possibilities.
