Should Sasuke be executed? Yay or Nay?

I think Sasuke will do something stupid like dive into a rasen-shurikan thinking Tobi will be there to save him like he did at the Summit but instead get disintegrated completely and everyone will just forget about him and live happily ever after

This is no Sasuke bashing session, I want to know what Sasuke’s punishment should be if he gets caught. Should he be forgiven?Perhaps the death penalty, or do you think he should do some time in jail.

He is not weak, and despite everything Naruto still believes he can bring him back. The question is to what? Unless, Naruto becomes Hokage I simply can’t see Sasuke being forgiven for all his actions.

List of crimes:

1: Left with not only a missing-nin but the guy who was responsible for the third hokage’s death.
2: Joined akatsuki the nr.1 terrorist group on the show.
3: An attempt to capure killer b.
4: Killed samurai people.
5: Invaded the summit and fought with every kage present.
6: Attempted murder on team 7 on several occasions.
7. Assualted/killed Danzo, who was acting Hokage.
8. Desertion. He left without giving any notice, despite being part of an official team .
9: Animal cruelty. No snake deserves to get blown up (ok, this might not be a crime)

In essence, he went from being a simple missing-nin shinobi from konoha, to an international criminal who assassinated a public figure. This is why I think he will either die or become a vigilante who got rid of his hatred and anger.

He committed serious crimes it's already equivalent to joining into a big time syndicate & becoming a terrorist. Even though if his justifying his acts due to what happened to his family/clan. It is still not acceptable.

I´ve noticed that in naruto n sasukes battle in part 1, the more naruto took control of the fight, the more sasuke became humble.

Sasuke has done so many wrongs and in most instances he shouldve been hunted down and killed already by konoha's hunter nin, but ovbiously its because of tsunade, kakashi, naruto and sakura that he is alive. Although you could argue that the hunter nins wouldve still failed miserably and infact they are more likely to die than sasuke.

Anyway i feel that all the good his brother has done should balance out all the stupid things he's done and due to this should be spared

I hate Sasuke right but...

1) He attempted to kill Orochimaru
2) He isn't really part of akatsuki, he's just using tobi to get his powers (tobi threatened to kill sasuke if he didn't follow him)
3) He didn't kill any samurai dudes
4) He didn't murder danzo, danzo blew himself up
5) In the naruto world, battles for vengeance is accepted, so it was alright for him to leave and go and kill his brother

sasuke will probably end up saving the village if he's ever allowed back...
