Yet it has been shown that when goku has to gather the energy for a large spirit bomb (ie one that could destroy a planet) he needs two hands. If he could do it with one, then he could fight while gathering energy which would be a huge advantage.

The same goes for teleporting non-stop till his chakra runs out, it has never been stated.

Same doesn't go for teleporting non-stop since we know teleporting uses chakra, and when someone uses up all their chakra they die.

Whereas the destructive power of the spirit bomb cannot be scaled because the only known planet busting attack at that time wasn't completely tanked by vegeta.

One reason I hate fillers is because it contradicts the manga, meaning because Vegeta destroyed the planet they were outside their pod and in space...they should have died since they cant survive the void of space like Freiza said...
