*Theory: Tobi is actually Madara
I believe Tobi is actually Madara Uchiha's original body, and it was combined with the other 1/2 of White Zestu= Hashirama's DNA to complete a simulated version of the SO6P's....That's why Tobi is able to use Izanagi and also thats why hes able to keep the Rinnegan activated.
But the thing is the Madara and White Zestu combination only makes up a 1/2 of Tobi's body.I think the left side of Tobi's body is the other 1/2 of Black Zestu.
I feel that Madara Uchiha was actually a good guy and still is even as an Edo tensi...I think he felt a certain way about Hashirama Senju becoming the Hokage. I don't think he wanted nobody other then a Uchiha being the leader of his clan.
I don't think Madara knew about the Uchiha Massacare or Knowingly participated in this act...I really feel that he loved his clan too much and he would do anything to protect them, Eventhough he felt like they betrayed him.
I feel that Tobi helped Itachi killed The Uchiha Clan..Tobi also manipulated and killed the 3rd Mizukage the 3 tails host. Not Madara!

I dont know if there is a reason for him to obtain them. In the past he refused to get mangekyo and itachis eyes. Just based on some incidents (no need to be mentioned) he obtained both. I think as long he wont get blind again (this will not be the case) he will keep the eyes he already obtained.
But him with rinnegan...hahaha...

Remember Madara's battle with 1st Hokage?? In that battle Madara was just collecting 1st Hokage's cells...(this is how Orochimaru got the cells)..then tobi also got the cells in him by zetsu..

tobi can be anyone up to now. i know some people think he is madara but as we can see madara is a edo zombie now so for now im not thinking its him. i still find it hard for a soul to split in half. (if it is madara behind the mask then ill give all those who guess it props) Omniga you my man have a good understanding of the story i like how you use the manga as a back up to all your theory. keep them coming. theres a lot of people here that need to read the manga from chapter 1 again though and then there are those that have a good understanding of it... so ima put my theory up here with what i think who tobi is
Tobi to me is not madara nor izuna... i just find it hard to believe is them but something been bothering me since that chapter came out months ago. to me tobi is a current uchiha that was there when he use the fox to attack konoha this is the chapter
itachi refers to his parent that why out of all the day that night they had to go out. referring to they never went out so late at that time. something tell me that his parent where involve somehow on that attack.. flame me if you want but that just been bothering me for a long time. so if i had to guess who tobi is ill go with... ill leave that to kishi lol but not madara nor izuna sorrry omniga but you may have the closest call on tobi but i doubt it.

my prediction to next chapter
1) naruto will tell everyone not to panic because every jutsu has a weakness(epicness) to hear say something like that) then will see what "that" jutsu finally is lol cant wait to see must be god like for us to wait this long
2) the JSA will have to evacuate to save as much life as possible to prepare for a strategy to fight madara
3) we will see who tobi is
4)tobi switches plan and pays kabuto a visit but is confronted by sasuke and itachi.. fatal 4 way lol( just a thought but wont actually happen)
5) lets let kishi amaze us with his work im going to be waiting for another crazy twist

well sakura is hated the most and there are a lot pf people who hates sasuke
but with the oppsite of sasuke fanboys
of course this is what makes the base interesting
someone flames sasuke another one comes to defend him then the second person flames another character like itachi or naruto

cuz we are here cuz we all have one thing in common WE LOVE NARUTO manga. but thats where most of the stuff we have in common stops.
i used to love Naruto and Sasuke As the best characters hands down. Now I'm A Naruto Fan, because i'm mad at sasuke right now, if he comes back from the darkside, or he apoligizes to me for being bad, i"ll forgive him and be a fan again.

just one question that if real madara uchiha is dead in the fight with Hashirama Senju than how come he is able to know nagato because he cannot be present at that time.(same dialogue like you).......logic

yeah I liked sasuke back then the time when he fought against gaara was awesome

Yes he's messed up the timeline way back earlier in the story before shippudden he's alot more careful about that now though.
there iz definitely gonna be a jaw dropping moment/ revelation soon.
