I use

* Range:Short
* Chakra cost:10
* Damage Points:N/A
* Descripton: User spits out a huge mist of flameable gas the can be ignited by local fire or buy a fire jutsu.

so there is a cloud of explosive gas infront of me which is ignited by your firejutsu and teh explosion push's me away since i am not actually inside of it and you get pwned cause you are inside the gas and feel the full effects of the jutsu!

2nd its impossible I am inside and you are outside

then i activate sharingan and i see the chakra in your particles and just before they come together and you use your jutsu i unleash intense pain which blasts you! and you don't have time to react!

the particles can't like move at the speed of light and i am fast enough that i can do the jutsu before ou reapear so i blasted you just as you were reapearing
