why doesn't Shino get more screen time?

it really upsets me that he doesn't get much screen time cuz he's so cool and he's one of the strongest there is! even in his youth D:

It really is a shame because Shino is one of the stronger Konoha 11 shinobi. He managed to take down Kankuro in part 1 and is always out with his dad on missions. He's calm, a very analytic thinker, and always keeps his composure. I'm honestly surprised he didn't make it to Jounin like Neji

yeah. my guess to as why though...he was probably "too busy and out with his dad" to even think about becoming a Jounin...he's clearly on Jounin level though, in my opinion. argh i wish my words could reach the writer!!!

u know what i never understood though? ok so his bugs evolve at an extremly fast rate...so fast that a few surviving a crystal style attack became immune to it, so y doesnt he purposely put them against forces that hurt them (not kill them) so they adapt and therefore becoming more resistant to like elements and even physical attacks?
