sorry for the lateness of this training what we are gonna do is bulish training so we can get through it quicker but still wont accept sloppyness in the replies okays so firstly lets begin with basic control.

Step 1. First concentrate chakra into your hands and try and create a inner chakra layer that can enhance the power of the punch. once completed strike a tree to test the control of the chakra.

Step 2. Next will be concentration of chakra to your leg and do the same with the hand in creating inner layer and striking a tree.

Step 3. Is Finally multiple limbs which i will want you to concentrate chakra into both your legs and then by jumping up into the air kick both legs into a tree to deal damage.

Step 3. Is Finally multiple limbs which i will want you to concentrate chakra into both your legs and then by jumping up into the air kick both legs into a tree to deal damage.
@ Step One: I begin my practise by carefully controlling my breathing, to ensure maximum control of my chakra, mind and body. I carefully begin to focus chakra into my hands. To begin with, i only focus a minimal amount into my hands to get a basic layout of how it feels and how i should continue. Then, i slowly begin to push more chakra into my hands, while carefully managing my chakra and ensuring that i spend and focus just the right amount. As the chakra amount seems to reach an approveable point, i double check my hands and chakra for any flaws and corrects them patiently. Once i've checked for flaws and errors, i flex my hands testingly and takes special note of how the chakra feels. I follow up by positioning myself in front of a tree in an offensive stance and simply smashing both my fists into the tree.

@ Step Two: After the try with my hands, i repeat the process with my legs. This time, i carefully follows and controls the chakra as it spreads through my leg. I closely monitor how the chakra effects my legs and i make sure to repeat the process of focusing chakra into my legs a couple of times, to get the full feeling of how it works and feels. As i successfully focus chakra into my leg a 4th time after having closely regulated and monitored the chakra flow, i begin to manipulate the chakra slowly. I move the chakra and shapes it to make an inner layer of chakra in my leg. As i complete the layer, i let myself fall backwards into a hand stand and smashes both my legs into each their side of the tree.

@ Step Three: After having gained experience with focusing chakra into my arms and legs individually, i carefully try to focus chakra into both legs simultanously. I make sure to slowly let my chakra fill both limbs, while monitoring and controlling the flow to ensure that nothing goes wrong. With my legs now filled with chakra, i jump upwards and performs a forwards summersault to gain momenum and smashes both my heels into a tree in a double heel drop.

Okays well lets then get to the sixth sense then tell me what you understand about it
Well, it seems to me that the sixth sense is more or less a matter of perception, it's about listening and trusting your senses to their fullest. The sixth sense reminds me of some kind of ultra quick meditation in battle, clearing the head and focusing only on the task ahead, while leaying a heavier wieght on all of the five senses, instead of mainly sight as fighters usually do. The sixth sense, as said before, is really just an enhanced sense of perception and danger. Or that's how i see it anyways.

Good though you got part right, a person doesnt abandon their 5 senses they use them with their sixth sense which is their mind, sixth sense is about having no mind, letting go of everything and just flowing with the way the battle pans out.

Now then i want you to take the meditational position and begin meditating for several hours

*I position myself in the lotus position and starts to meditate. I make sure to take deep breaths and to let the feeling of everything around me stand strongly in my mind.*

good now next is to clear your mind remove every doubt and everything in your mind
I gather my focus around a single thought and purpose, to rid my consciousness of all doubt and distractions. I begin in the inner sanctum of my mind, grabbing the bull by the horns so to speak, and slowly expands my purging outwards. I go over every memory and thought and rids them of all doubt, guilt and distractions. By using my experience in meditation to supplement my purging, i slowly enter a calm state of mind.
Good enough? .-.

From my lotus position i flat out refuse to even attempt to dodge, especially since it would be near impossible. I presume that the three shurikens are coming towards me in a kind of wall formation and not in two lines, if i assume wrong, please correct me and i'll act accordingly. I follow the shurikens with my eyes to the best of my abilities, and raises both of my hands in preperation for the oncoming shurikens. With my clear mind i've been able to calculate the shurikens precise trajectory, and therefore my arms are placed perfectly to counter them. I swat the first two shurikens away with my left and right hand, simply by landing a precise hit on their sides causing them to shoot past me. At roughly the same time i move my elbows inwards with a quick motion, thereby cathing two shurikens by the holes as my elbows collide, thereby stopping them in their path towards my chest. I seem to have a slight problem with the last two, but by fluidly continuing the inwards motion when my elbows collide, therbey causing them to slide past each other after they catch the two shurikens, i should be able to form a lightning quick cross-guard, with which i should be able to at least stop the last two shurikens from hitting anything but my arms or hands.

well i guess that was a good responce though i was more looking for just sitting there not even reacting or moveing to counter because then it would of shown no mind because the shuriken wouldnt of hit any vitals otherwise the training would have stopped :p either way i can tell you have awoken your sixth sense.

(Sempai Oshie: Roku sacchi) Elder teachings: sixth sense
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: (-10 per turn to keep active)
Damage points: N/A
Description: Elder teachings six senses is a skill known only to those whom achieve mastery in meditation and fighting arts. The user unlocks the six senses which is also known as a clear state of mind where the user eliminates the factors clouding the mind such as fear and regret and allows the user to be able to increase their reaction to incoming taijutsu attacks and not fear death making the user possible to react fast to the attacks.
Note: Can only be used 2 times
Note: lasts 4 turns.

now we move onto the next one:
(Sempai Oshie: Purantan Ryuuchou Yanagi Shushou) - Elder Teachings: Springtime Flowing Willow Palm
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: N/A
Description: The user after opening their sixth sense (elder teachings: sixth sense) begins taking a special stance where they are acting like a flowing willow tree using their palms flat and using the maximum surface area of the palm is then capable of reacting fast enough to deflect incoming attacks because of the clear mind and when coming to taijutsu attacks the user uses the body weight of the enemy and throws them behind them throwing them some distance due to use of body weight.
Note: Can only be used after use of Elder teachings: sixth sense

for this technique its basically a movement form that allows you to flow and re-direct incoming attacks so basically it will require you to reinact the flowing movement of the wilow tree. by flattening your palms and then using their maximum surface area to help deflect incoming attacks and using your targets body weight to help throw the enemy.

*creates a shadow clone who then attacks you*

Oh... o_o
Offtopic: This seems like a slighly more offensive branch of Aikido. Does it belong to any particular style or is it completely custom-made?

I remove the shurikens stuck in my arms and get up form my Lotus position, i take a few calming breaths before i slide into a basic battle stance.
I listen carefully to your explanation and tries to assimilate and integrate it into my stance. First, i slighly lower my stance to gain a better point of balance and to make it easier for me to utilize the targets weight against him/her. As my stance seems acceptable, i place my hands in front of me in chest height, with my palms pointing towards you. I make sure to place my left hand slighly higher than my right, to make it easier to initiate grappling moves with that hand. Finally, i try to assimilate the fluid movements you explained, by slowly practising the movements.

As your clone rushes to attack me, i simply slide the backside of my left hand along his arm and gently pushes it to the side thereby changing its trajectory away from me (Aikido move, i know xd) At the same time, i press my right palm against the left (his left) side of his body, and uses the clones own speed and power from the attack, to force him to change his trajectory to a point slightly beside me. I merely slightly sidestep the clone as he gets forced by me, and with another gentle push to the side, i cause him to stumble and fall.

(This was kinda the best i could do, i'm not really good with this kind of gentle and sophisticated Taijutsu)

I've awakened the sixth sense and i've been doing this Aikido thing ever since.
I've mastered all Zen's normal Tai.
You probably have, else you wouldn't be learning the Elder Teachings, no? O_O.. Well you probs did good enough tryna use Flowing Willow Palm. So let's procced.

Well, now do it again(The Willow Palm technique.) and this time when you push the blade to create an opening, use that opportunity to strike.

*I swiftly unsheath my katana. I go into a low-stance, leaning my right side towards you while having my right leg stretched out across the ground(Pointing at you.). I have my left leg backwards supporting my weight on it. I hold my katana with both my hands at my left ear pointing at you. I immediatly after taking the stance set off with my left leg, launching myself foward. I of course, bow my right leg foward aswell using it support whilist I'm going to make the stabbing motion. As I set off I send my left arm backwards while launching my right arm foward within the katana, stabbing you.*

(Basically all I did was like, 2nd row, 2nd to left picture and then 2nd row, left picture. Hopefully this was understandable. xd) .-.

(A lounge like that leaves you wide open :p)

Observing your long and unnecessary preparation, I merely assume my original Willow-tree stance. As you lounge forwards, I duck slighly while leaning to the right (my right) with a fluid motion, I whip my right hand forwards with my palm facing towards the flat side of your sword. By using the weight I put upon my right leg as i leaned to the right as a leverage, I merely give your sword a single push on its flat side, which with all your power going forwards, easily knocks it away and sends you stumbling. With a graceful motion, I pivot on my right foot, which i've already put a lot of weight onto, and spin 180 degrees around counter-clockwise and backhands you on the side of your head, with the added momentum of my spin, as you come stumbling forward.
