Minato is smart. He would have thought about the possibility that Tobi would use an eye genjutsu, but he didn't. I don't think that Minato took so big risk just to attack him.

Izanagi part is incorrect. Hashirama's DNA makes Izanagi last longer, but you can use weaker version with a regular sharingan. I don't believe that Sasuke knows how to use it, but then again, he has seen when Danzo uses it, so could you copy it?

The version Danzou used was not the perfect version, didnt Madara mentioned this. And as long as its said, you Need Senju DNA and Uchihas eyes, to perform it
