with Minato's speed, I just find it hard to believe that there can actually be eye contact, even if there is eye contact, it will last less than a second, which would be Minato attacking, Sasuke first reaction will be defensive, because casting a genjutsu in him as he moves is hard. Minato will not be charging forwards, hard to explain...
