EMS will probably boost his tracking speed, but this will only be helpful with Minato's based speed, FTG is a space-time ninjutsu, meaning he doesn't move, he just appears where there is a seal. FTG is one of the most mysterious jutsus in the Narutoverse, how fuinjutsu can work that way is unknown, but he just appears, not even Madara could follow this movement.



Sasuke cannot use Izanagi, you require senju and uchiha blood to do so, even if he can, he wouldn't, why? Because he doesnt want to depend in senjus, and doesnt want to loss his precious sharingan.




Amaterasu was also undodgeable, but A was able to move out of the way.
Again, FTG is an instantaneous jutsu, he just appears where he wants, as long as there is a seal where he wants to go.
Kirin will take too much time to be formulated, time that Sasuke just doesnt have.

also his taijutsu skills.. and we haven't seen Minato in a fight.. But he must have been very very strong..
