I think Manda could incapacitate him. Having the long body, all Manda would need to do and constrict Pain's dog and suffocate it. It wouldn't make the Dog grow any more heads, because it is not physically taking major damage.

Also, Manda is huge, and the quicker he constricts the Dog, the better chance Manda has to win.

I think that the dog only multiplies when it is cut. It didn't multiply when Gamabunta crushed it, and so Manda would just wrap around it and choke it to death.

let's look at the facts, it multiplied when cut by gamahiro but did not multiply when sat on by Gamabunta. manda does no really have anything to cut it with so that is perfect for that dog.

I doubt that Manda could swallow that dog whole.

Constricting it dosn't seem like it would work...I suppose if he has poision he could poision the dog to kill it, but we don't know if he does (or at least I don't correct me if you can find something)

Do you realize how large Manda is? It was big enough to constrict Katsuyu (Tsunade's summon) and still had length to spare. It is said he can even swallow Gamabunta whole. The dog is tiny compared to them.

I pick manda 2 only because it could probably swallow pain's dogs. Manda can't, although if manda does have poison, I don't think multiplying will save the dogs from that kind of attack.

manda is a snake and it strangles its enemies and does not cut it so the pain's dog would be strangled and incapacitated so it won't multiply.
