if u look at the manga 551 when edo tense itachi use lvl 2 susano.It did not have any armor or weapon but it can use a techinque from it hand call yasaka magatama at nagato gravitational jutsu (cannot remember it name) but u remember itachi lvl 3 susano have a sword and a shield

if lvl 2 susano have arrow what will lvl 3 susano sasuke did had? I
believe it had an amatersu arrow for the next lvl

Now I don't know about the sword, since it seems amaterasu is sasuke specific, but it sort of looks like sasuke's EMS susanoo has the shield if you look to the opposite side of the amaterasu flame.
