I don't know about this one . . . Gai temporarily have more strength and speed in gates , but it doesn't last very long and the effects is devastating on the user . . . Raikage can outlast Gai :/ .

The turtle summon is pretty much a double jump for Gui. Anyway I've been meaning to tell you this, but IMO your avatar of sasuke is hideous. He looks like a neanderthal uchiha, or what an uchiha would look like when dinosaurs roamed the earth. No offence of course just saiyin.

I honestly have no idea why Gai's summoning is a turtle. its the exact opposite of "Energy" and "Youth."
