Ms sasuke he has a better defense, and has faster attacks he can get naruto with his arrows or amaterasu. And he also has the option of genjutsu. MS sasuke was superior until naruto got Km which changed everything around. Sm naruto isawesome but ms sasuke has the right tools to beat him and naruto greatly needed speed to counter it and now he got that with KM.

The speed factor isn't an issue, if he can dodge the 3rd raikage in SM, then he is faster than sasuke. I don't know if he is fast enough to dodge Amaterasu and susano'o's arrows. But if he is, then as long as he defeats him before sasuke can do kirin, he will beat him.

Here are the pros and cons of each -
SM Naruto - Insane speed, super strength, increased durability, increased chakra potency, rasenshuriken, frog katas, can sense chakras in a huge area like a village.
MS Sasuke - Weak version of Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo without the legendary weapons (hopefully he never gets them).
Those are just the bonuses given by their modes, I wasn't going to label all of their normal abilities.
Now for the detriments caused by each mode.
SM Naruto - Five minute intervals up to twenty minutes, unless he can pause in battle.
limits the number of clones he can make in the normal battle. Those are basically the only negatives of SM.
MS Sasuke - deteriorating vision, intense pain caused by Susanoo, bleeding eyes. No bonuses to speed and strength like Naruto has.
EDIT: Naruto in sage mode is infinitely faster than Sasuke and Sasuke was able to dodge a few Amaterasus shot at him by Itachi. So Amaterasu would only be a problem if Naruto is just standing there talking to Sasuke. The only advantage that Sasuke has is his genjutsu. The Susanoo arrows shouldn't be too much of a problem to dodge for SM Naruto. And I think Naruto's rasenshuriken might be able to tear up the Susanoo depending on which stage it is at.

yh same due to sasukes susanoo and blaze release technques i defo think I think MS sasuke is defo stronger than than naruto SM.. however I do think sharigan sasuke is on par with SM naruto

naruto if he goes six tails he can destroy susanoo and all of us know about sasuke he will most likely overuse it and naruto wins

either tie or sasuke cuz genjutsu and good defense are sasuke's strong points and naruto's weak points

dude he can dodge well but does not have insane speed like KM, he has great reaction times but u got to understand that amaterasu and arrows can be used multiple times and both are also really fast. he can dodge only so much but the attacks are bound to hit him becus he does not have raikage lvl speed to continually dodge attacks that ppl like kakshi barely had anytime to even respond to and in SM if he was that fast he did he would have done better against pain and his Km would not be as useful as it is for him now.

dude naruto is not insanely fast by any terms he can dodge attacks and has a better sense of his surroundings in SM not super speed. kakshi who is decently fast guy could not move at all from the arrows and had to use kamui, naruto in SM is not that much faster than sasuke or kakashi and also remmeber that sasuke can shoot one to two of them at a time i do not see naruto continually avoiding such a fast attack with only SM

How do some of you think that SM Naruto is not fast enough to dodge Amaterasu, did any of you see the Pain/Naruto fight? Or Naruto/ 3rd raikage?
And Sasuke was able to dodge 2 Amaterasus shot at him by Itachi, who is much faster and better than Sasuke, so I am 100% sure that unless Naruto was just standing like a slack jawed idiot, he could dodge Amaterasu every time.
