I've noticed that a lot of people comment on "what was the big deal about the byakugan?" Then I started to wonder how else will Madara be able to have 360 degree vision without the byakugan? It's a strong possibility...why else would the new mask have a THIRD eye whole?

The mask is meant to look like a raneigan and a sharangan. The circles are for the raneigan and holes for sharangan. Didnt you notice the curved lines attached to the holes. Anyways did anyone ever notice how the eye holes he uses are at the bottom of the mask where his mouth is suppouse to be?

That's another reason why. I think this dudes face could be mutated like Danzo's arm. I see your point on the mask resembling the two eyes combined but...I just think it's weird that there are three (I forget the proper term- dojutsu?)eye techniques and three holes in his mask. kishi can't just leave the byakugan behind like that.

Good point. Also Ive seen a spoiler of Madaras mask and it is white so that could represent a byakugan. Also with an extra eye hole and if he is mutated as you said it could work out.
