also can you make it a preventative that you can use right before battle or to heal your eyes right in the middle of battle?

well i am tired of darkblade using jutsu that should be considered S-ranks or Forbidden jutsu at the rank of jouning/chunin.

omg he has a jutsu that makes ranged chakra jutsu useless and one that blinds the opponent, and is supposed to be unavoidable. He already blinded me and i need to be unblinded.

custom elements...it may not be approved when you are able to submit it

well my custom element when i can submit it isn't rigged....
it is easy to avoid almost all of the damage.....
aswell there will be a couple ways to block it......

Not only that but it actually exists in real life....
