He's sealed forever in Itachi's Susano's Totsuka sword of sealing.
He cannot be resurrected, however Kabuto absorbed some of Oro's dna so swap your fav character over to Kabutomaru bc thats all thats left of oro.

Though part of him lives inside Kabuto after him taking his DNA and merging it in to himself.

I really hope that something similar to that actually happens.
Something that could be compared to the famous Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde idea.
Orochimaru sometimes taking over the body, speaking with a voice of a bit different tone and then Kabuto trying to fight against it etc etc.
That's something that would bring more, evil, disgust, confusion and mysticism to the character.

I'm quite sure, something similar will actually happen.
Orochimaru was the main antagonist and the first real great villain and bad guy of the whole series.
They never, go away fully....never.
