sasuke did not rest after fighting dedaria(wrong spelling,idc) ,itachi,killerbee,kages,danzo and he have to fight kakashi and naruto.He still put up a good fight .He spam Ms and he did not fully recover from kages summit against danzo

He would have died against danzo if it weren't for karin's sensory skills and madara's knowledge of the tetragram seal.
