He's from the Hidden Hot Spring Village, he's immortal and worships the god "Jashin".

He's a pretty lousy fighter and uses cheap tactics to just draw a bit of blood. After he obtains some of his enemy's blood, he basically wins. Other than that all, he has no jutsus, basically.

If he doesn't constantly kill people, he loses his immortality, so he's basically dead now.
