knowledge: the second knows j man summons toads and j man knows about his water

restrictions: edo tensei

personal opinion: im going to say j man for scenario 1 and idk for scenario 2

second hokage has space time ninjustu so i think he is faster but those summons are going to be pesky i pick draw for both till we know more about the second im going to lean more towards j-man

the thing about edo tensei is we dont know who he could summon so its dumb to let him have it when we have no clue who he could summon

True you may not know who he summons but he doesn't control them completely so they could fight against him or else help j-man. Meanwhile he still j-man still has sage mode which is a troublesome to begin with. x.x

Lol really, he was the 2nd hokage, made a jutsu to bring the dead back to life, had a lightsaber, and had time/space jutsu, probably the greatest water jutsu user (next to kisame)...what has jman done...sage mode????

That's all hype, which may be fine with you. I go by feats not hype. Jiraiya has a hell of a lot more feats than Tobirama. You guys may go by hype which is all well and good, but i go by feats.

Feats don't always mean wins and losses. Also all that is hype considering none of it has been shown. The only thing Tobirama has shown is water jutsu. So until we see more of him than most of what you're saying is based off hype. I do the same with Hiruzen. He was said to be the strongest hokage and kage of his time, but he's failed to live up to these accusations so until i see some of his fighting in his prime than i refuse to acknowledge him as the strongest hokage or kage of his time. This is the way i decide battle outcomes. I don't decide fights off of hype.

tobirama will destory jairaiya do you not relize his water jutsu he can summon massive water amounts from just molecules in the air how will jairaiya beat that.also tobirama will always know where jairaiya is anyway from just touching the ground, so there's no jairaiya running away for sage mode.
space time tech is obvious he's fast.
he also can revive the dead plus his taijutsu is great also and he knows the bringer of death technique aswell.
