Shame on you people, letting the rating fall down just because you don't like the anime he's chosen to do a colouring from. You're rating the colouring, not the character.

But anyway, I've never rated any of this colouring stuff before as I don't do it personally, but I'll give it a shot. I'm loving the colours you chose, they're pretty good. Just not the pink/blue of Chopper's hat. I don't think they're bold enough in a sense. They seem too bright to me. Apart from that it looks great. There's a little bit of discolouration you've missed though on his back, with spots of light brown which I think you should cover up, and some of the shadowing looks a bit edgy on his arms a bit, but it's great overall.

I wanted the overall image to be a bright-ish kind of picture. I wanted to try it anyway. It came out alright in my opinion. Thanks mate!

I used the pentool for the shadings.
