Why is this generation of konoichi so useless

well we have two topics.
1st. why is this generations of konoichi weak and useless, females can be equally powerful as men yet Ino, Hinata, Tenten, Temari, Sakura are all useless and or weak. well sakura may be usefull and temari because temari doing a great job on the battlefield because shes not dead yet. Sakura also is able to heal and at least took out a zetsu alone and tagged with chiyo to kill sasori. the older ninjas are all stronger not because of age, exp, or abilities but its because back in the day times were harder with war and stuff. ninjas like tsunade, mei, chiyo, konan,

2nd. Who do you think is the stronges out of these three groups of konoichi, meaning name 1 for each group

Sakura, Tenten, HInata, Temari, Ino

Kurenai, Shizune, Anko,

Konan, Mei, Tsunade, Chiyo

Maybe good female ninjas doesnt give enough readers....

I dont see why female ninjas cant be as good as male ninjas. But its clearly in the Naruto universe there are very very very few very skilled kunoichis.
