um hum! its very difficult to choose which can win
i think madara coz he got space and time justsu which r the powerful justsu
if u cant touch a person how will u defeat him
u cant beat madara in 1v1
i knw the power of nagato but its no use

If it's madara with rinnengan + sharingan I say madara. Mostly because nagato is a cripple and madara can use his space time jutsu. :\ But even with just sharingan alone madara most likely has this. He can just be like how he always is and just use his teleport jutsu to help him win. x.x But it will be harder for madara to be nagato if he just has sharingan seeing as nagato has all the 6\7 paths to use against madara to their full power.

Has Gedo Mazo with 7 beasts sealed inside it, all of Nagato's Rinnegan Jutsu's, an EMS in his right eye, Hashirama cells to replace his limbs, and plus.. his space time jutsu, no way Nagato would win.

never know... madara has so much more experience than nagato, he mastered hes sharingan and he probably knows more about the rinnegan than nagato ever did.. i would say madara.. but with fully controlling rinnegan and hes body in good shape nagato would win hands down.. but currenct situation. madara, he has always aces up to hes sleeves seems like haha..!

Look I am honestly not a Nagato fanboy but a few things should be noticed. One rennigan is not Madaras natural eye, so there is likely a large drain using it, and yes he has ems but he has only one ability two at most (that is if sasunoo works with just one eye) so he has one ems ability for sure that has huge leach on it and his chakra reserves are much less then nagato. And his six paths have sharingan as well which most people probably find badass but, all it really does is give one ability with a giant leach and even more chakra drain. He does have space time over nagato but nagato also has more experience with rennigan. Though you guys are probably right, marada would probably win, just don't sell Nagato out.
