How is Tsunade going to die?

We all know Naruto's going to be the #6 Hokage, but I doubt she'll just give the title to Naruto. Will she be killed and if so by who?

She will die healing Naruto from the brink of death xd
I can see it now, Naruto and Sasuke fight, and when he collapses, Sasuke leaves, and when Tsunade finally finds him, he is almost dead by a chidori or something xd and uses nearly all her chakra just to stop him from dying

Maybe she will fight Dan and die, dunno.

..A Kabuto or Madara vs Tsunade would be great..like Sarutobi vs Orochimaru..they will be trapped in a barrier then Kabuto revives thing..they fight a long fight..then Tsunade dies but not without doing great damage to Kabuto or Madara.like what Sarutobi did to Orochimaru..

LOL Any way i reckon she will step down it is a posibility the Third Step down for the forth okay he was old but then he was reinstated because the forth died protecting the village so yeah who knows what will happen there are so many posibilitys

Well, considering that she has said numerous times that Naruto will be Hokage, I wouldn't put it past her to just give him the title.

it isnt necessary for her to die....she can just pass the tittle to Naruto and stay like an adviser for him

Most likely she won't die at all during the war.People on this forum are too quick to kill someone off.And to the original poster, exactly why do you think she wouldn't give Naruto the titled.Along with Jiraiya she has believe in Naruto the most throughout the series, so much so that she gave him her grandfather's necklace, which she had only given to two people who both wanted to be hokage, her lover Dan and her little brother Nawaki.Not to mention she didn't tried to stop Naruto and Bee when they were trying to get by the Raikage.Base off those facts alone, I see her giving the titled of Hokage to Naruto when she feels he's ready.
