if sakura could survive long enough to figure it out , than what about kakashi , plus since he is a puppet he doesn't have a normal body chakra flow , and the sharingan can see chakra flow , so he will see that the only human part in him is his heart

actually he does have a normal chakra flow if you notice when he opened the conatiner of the body their was a good amount of chakra kakashi might be fooled for a while

as for the sakura part she also has chiyo with her kakashi has low stamina and is alone this time

and your very wrong sakura did a lot of fighting if anything she might have fought more than chiyo

and even if his chakra flow isnt like a humans that wont mean that he sees the heart because it would be all over the place that wont mean he sees the heart
