i would tire him out and keep up with his speed. and use mid level jutsu to stop his lightning . like chidori manipulated into my sword. and a summoning. then near the end i would use susanoo

I would use genjutsu to distract him and use summoning to attack him in the air with fireballs and shurikens, i know that won´t work but it was just me buying time for KIRIN.
I will stand on top of my summoned hawk and direct kirin to him, something tells me that won´t work either so i tell my hawk to go back and manifest small parts of susano to attack (like a full grown arm punching him out of nowhere), i will then use susano as a whole and try to slow him down so i can get him in amaterasu, i´ll let him get a shot at me and use amaterasu, strong body or not, he´s dead.

Kirin is probably useless against him, this whole battle comes down to whether or not sasuke can hit him with amaterasu, that will determine the winner cuz sasuke doesn´t have anything that would do much against the 3rd other then that, if he gets him in amaterasu, the flame never dies and is much hotter then normal flame so it´ll be the end of raikage.
