The rest of the people that are on that list would be killed very soon after starting a fight with either naruto of the 3rd raikage

i only took off madara, sasuke and hiruzen, bacause we haven't actually seen them fight at that level even though they are/ were

dude he can teleport anywhere and get back to him whenever its easier for the fourth to kill him, yes kb's reflexes were fast but 4th would own him in a fight. And idk why r u talking about dbz this is about nagato vs minato he can just teleport dircetly to him if he marks him and kill him instantly or he can also throw kunai near him and teleport and kill him, nagato can use shinra tensie but during th teime limit he is gonna have trouble especially since minato was the fastest ninja in the world.
