Ok, it's pretty obvious what power Itachi gave Naruto

The power Itachi gave Naruto, it definitly has something to do with either making him a bit smarter, or allowing him to learn/master new jutsus faster.

I think it's the latter, if you've noticed his progress since he went to the frog mountain, he has learned one of the hardest type of training (according to Fukusaku) so quickly.

I dont think we have seen what power Itachi gave Naruto yet, because I think he said that because he knows that he Sasuke would find out the truth, and he has given Naruto a power that can stop Ameratsu.

That could be very plausible.
Remember, Itachi did much of the same thing to Sasuke, consistently tapping his forehead to [Possibly] give him the ability to learn faster [He learned Chidori in a matter of days].
He could have done the same with Naruto, although Naruto has always been a fast learner.
You never know, Itachi could transfer MS techniques to people, who's to say he couldn't transfer shinobi IQ as well?

I'm not saying his taking his OWN IQ and giving it away, I'm saying that maybe he unlocks the potential in people, kinda like Guru in DBZ.
When he unlocks your potential, it increases you shinobi IQ, thus, giving you the ability to learn more in a shorter period of time.

Who's to say that Sasuke was already smart and skilled?
From what we've seen in the manga, after Sasuke saw Itachi hit targets with his shuriken, Sasuke was trying to hit the targets with his shuriken just like Itachi, but he kept missing badly.
Sasuke than asked Itachi to show him how he did it, but, like always, Itachi just poked him on his head and told him he'd show him later.
From what I recall, After that, Sasuke was able to hit the targets like Itachi was before.
Who's to say that wasn't Itachi's doing?
