Dude he had no need to use the Rasenshuriken at full speed because he can throw it. He has proven his speed many times the only reason he doesnt use it all the time is because he doesnt have to rely on it like Minato because he has tons of better justus than just speed which can only go so far.

He threw it at first then used his arm to make contact. Like ive said like 20 times he has many jutsus that are very powerful so he doesnt need to just use speed. If you didnt know this is a Naruto's speed vs Sasuke's speed if you want to talk about why u think Minato is better than Naruto then fire away.

That speed will not work against Sasuke unless naruto gets use more of his full speed. Naruto needs to get use of his full speed and this is perfect time for naruto start using it. Like yamato said he is not as good as minato yet.

So naruto is going to get hit acouple of times by sasuke to learn sasuke's speed and power and then get real

Naruto uses SM and when he's in his tailed beast mode to gain speed

he didn't use his full speed against them. he only used it twice

so naruto who prefers to use his other powers other than his full speed and someone who isn't as good as his father. It's only been two days since the first time he used it and he's going to fight sasuke?

yeah the manga probably says that naruto is faster, but just because you dodge something, that doesn't make you faster. dodgeing is all about reaction not speed.

ok im getin tired of everyone thinkin naruto is the fastest.. for one thing he'll never be faster then sasuke bcuz naruto posess more strength and sasuke is more swift and agile type.. now ill bring up the Sage Mode battle.. people think bcuz naruto moved very fast and killed the mechanical pain without no1 seein makes him fast.. Anyone who's moving fast uses chakra you idiot, they concentrated into their feet to do so as you can see sasuke move even faster after he learned to walk on trees to better control his chakra. Sage mode increases Naruto's speed, strength, endurance, durability and power in his jutsus. He didn't have the same speed he has in chakra mode so you can't try to say he's not fast. Kakashi even stated how Naruto was faster than him when he saved Sakura from sasuke and kakashi was on par with sasuke on speed. Naruto didn't fully control his speed against the Raikage until the end of the fight where he prove to be faster than the Raikage by dodging his fastest attack point blank range, something only Minato was ever able to do. The Raikage stated himself that since Minato is dead he was the fastest ninja alive and Naruto showed he was faster than him proving Naruto is the fastest. Jugo wasn't keeping up with the Raikage bro, he was attacking the Raikage who moved behind and KO Jugo. Stupid people didn't notice that sasuke wasnt keeping up with the Raikage, his MS allowed him to see the Raikage's movements but wasn't as fast as him which is why he needed sasunoo activated the whole time to protect him while he tried to counter attack. Madara doesn't have speed really, he went intangible against the Raikage because he couldn't dodge it. Naruto is currently the fastest ninja until it says other wise, fighting with speed isn't his style. In the sense that he isn't going to be using his full speed willingly, he likes to fight with power but he could change it up whenever Kishi choose to. Go back and reread the manga, all the facts are right there. And how can the manga have lies if the creator Kishi who made it stated it? as for Naruto shadow clones you are forgetting that Naruto has alot of chakra so can stay in chakra mode for a pretty long time and you act like all these fight cant take place within mins of each other since they are shadow clones and are in different locations so it's not like it's hours of each other. It showed Naruto was near his breaking point when he tried to make another shadow clone so its not a lie. This is also only temporary until Naruto and the fox becomes closer like bee and the 8 tails. Now sasuke might gain some speed but Naruto isn't using the full power of the fox until the fox corporates and he can still combine sage mode with chakra mode to become even faster.

Really? To me you have to have a FAST reaction to evade a fist that's right in front of you face. Minato and Naruto both did it and the Raikage said Minato was the only person FAST enough to dodge his fastest attack. Reaction is nothing if your not fast enough to dodge an attack, you have to be faster than the Raikage to evade his attack or else Minato and Naruto wouldn't be the only two to ever dodge him.

Somewhere when naruto was fighting the raikage, lady tsunade stated that even the sharingan couldn't keep up with kyuubi mode. That probably refers to naruto at full speed.
