Minato made the rasengan after tha tailed beast bomb, ever thought kakashi made his lightning blade from the 3rd Raikage's jutsus? Yeah I know he was really young but his dad could of saw that attack and told his son about it and kakashi could have made chidori after it. Or since kakashi was already a jounin at a young age saw the 3rd Raikage on a mission with Minato. We don't know for sure. Also to everyone who are confused about the rasen shuriken not hurting the 3rd Raikage, the 3rd Raikage also knows wind jutsus and isn't as affected and the lightning armor is pretty powerful too. Remember kakashi vs kakuza, kakuza fired a lightning blast and kakashi caught it with his hands to protect Ino and Choji and didn't suffer as much damage because he uses lightning element too. The 3rd Raikage is like Naruto in sage mode, high durability, strength, speed, endurance. Loli'm just lil disappointed about raikage jutsu, it just like kakashi raikiri...nothing special. Hope raikage have another jutsu to counter TBB attack

Omfg people trollin bout how they used earth barrier use your logic. The rubber lava is a liquid, without anything to apply it to, it would just become a big puddle and raikage would jump over. He wanted a wall so he could plaster the rubber all over it

That is actually some pretty good explanation. It still fails to explain many of the things stated in this chapter, yet it's great nonetheless. Reps.

Question though when naruto threw the first rasenshuriken and then flicked it back, did he catch it again or was that a different one that he used close range. If he didnt catch it would the first one have gone into the crowd and exploded half the joint shinobi army there. If you look at it its heading straight for everyone

So awesome. The 3rd Raikage is beast. totally awesome. to break through that wall and still beat all those guys in an instant plus take the rasenshuriken so close without even being hurt. Taking on any bijuu. This guy is totally awesome!!! I'd love to see him own Sasuke's pretty boy ass!

Awesome! They really got to show all the kages after this. The kages seem to be more dangerous and far better than the rest as the chapters goes by and that's just the way it should be!
Seems like Hasirama was the best Hokage, the Third Raikage was the best Raikage, Muu was the best Tsuchikage, 3rd Kazekage was the best Kazekage and perhaps the 2nd Mizukage was the strongest Mizukage (so far)... I'm getting more and more certain that the 6th coffin contains the strongest kage to ever live (if Madara was afraid of him, it got to be one of the first kages, but who knows because of his old age. And since Hasirama already is ruled out and so is also the 1st Kazekage because it was stated that the third one was the strongest. Then what about the 1st Raikage, 1st Mizukage, 1st Tsuchikage)... and if that's the case, who?
