Breakdown Time!!!

Hashirama:*
- Founded Konohagakure with Madara.
- Fought the current antagonist and beat that ass.
- Became the First Hokage.
- Beat the shit out of Kakuzu, who tried to assassinate him.
- Controlled and shared the Bijuu with the other nations to create equality between them all, establishing a period of peace.
^----- Clearly not the worst.

Tobirama:*
- Was the Second Hokage.
- Was Hiruzen's sensei and the sensei of the village elders.
- Trained Hiruzen to prepare him for the Kage role.*
- Established an organizational system, which included the ANBU, Chuunin Exams, and the Uchiha Police.
- Fought in the first Shinobi War.
- Used himself as a decoy to save the Third Hokage and five other shinobi.
- Was ambushed by the Kinkaku force and was left nearly dead.
^----- Clearly not the worst.

Hiruzen:
- Third Hokage and considered the best fighter of them all.
- Fought in the First Shinobi War.
- Fought in the Second Shinobi War.
- Sensei of the legendary Sannin.
- Part of the Uchiha massacre, although he was against it. So this prevented the Uchiha clan from revolting and killing villagers.
- Lead a force to battle the Kyuubi during the attack.
- Battled Orochimaru during the Chuunin Exams and saved the village by causing Sound to retreat. Screwed up Orochimaru's plans too.
^----- Not the worst.

Minato:
- Fought in the Third Shinobi War.
- Created the Reaper Death Seal with Kushina's help. This is the reason why Hiruzen saved his village.
- Fought Madara and the Kyuubi and successfully protected the village from danger by beating Madara and sealing the beast within his son, who is the child of prophecy.
^----- Not the worst.

Tsunade:
- Beat Orochimaru with Naruto and Jiraiya's help.
- Saved many lives but could not stop Pain from obliterating the village.
- Fighting in the Fourth Shinobi War.*

he could hav quite easily sealed back into kushina...but he 'gave' that power to naruto so he would defeat tobi in the future...he went as far as extracting the 'dark' half and sealing the 'light' half into naruto

the worst hokage was the 6th (danzo)..even tho he wasnt officially hokage, he still had the suit, hat and was at the summit xD...all of the hokage are beast,and for many who say that the 3rd is gabage cuz he let the uchiha massacre happen..danzo has some blame for it and then desecrated the bodies of the uchiha,affiliated with orochimaru...lol i just hate em cuz he wasted all of those sharingans haha..so i think he is the worst (non-official) hokage( a decent ninja tho) ^~^

ok since most people aren't even answering this properly...

1st) ya the 4th is a hokage so he has to be included no matter what you're reasons are. you named the thread the worst hokage and he is part of the discussion no matter what you say.

Getting to the question...not enough info on the 1st or 2nd. the 3rd is responsible for every crime orochimaru has ever done(and people he has ever changed traumatically). so ya he protected the village and sacrificed his life but he could have prevented that in the 1st place. also you letting the whole uchicha massacre go down during his reign doesn't make him look good as well as the fact of hiding to naruto about the nine tail fox or his parents. and there really isn't enough info on the 4th as well. we have only seen the 3rd and the 5th hokage in reign during the naruto series so there's no way to tell who was the worst. each one of them sacrificed themselves in a way to save the village so none of them are bad or they wouldn't be hokage. but based on what we do know I would have to say the 3rd. even tsunade said to pain alot of things were run differently back then that the village as a whole isn't proud of.

but Danzo was the worst even though he was never technically Hokage. he tried to manipulate the other Kages for one thing. taking the eyes of the uchicha for himself as well as working with orochimaru. his intentions was in the right place on helping the village but he was corrupt on how he went about it. and he tried to "sacrifice" himself so he could do a good deed for the village which failed epically.

That would be more of being a bad father than being a bad hokage with the pain that he caused Naruto. Because he still ended up saving the village.

The fourth sacrificed His life to protect his village... even went as far as to put a demon fox into his newborn child just to keep the fox from destroying the village(and to defeat the villages future threats)... So he doesnt deserve to be on the poll :flaw:

The fourth didnt sacrifice his life he couldve survived he put being a father and a husband before fulfilling his duties as hokage. So he is the worst.

Just put Minato up there. No arguments. It may be your personal opinion that minato is perfect and is so noble and that he is too great to be put up there. But there may be people who disagree and think minato is bad. You made a poll, a thread so you can get others opinion but by naming this thread "worst hokage', all hokage should be up there. Other people want to give their opinion, but you dont want to hear opinions you dont want to hear, if so, whats the point?

Getting back to the point, i will just act as if minato is there. IMHO, there is no bad hokage. So there you have it XD
