Sasukes speed

There are people on here that believe sasuke is equally fast as minato and naruto. I disagree so I want to know what everybody think about this. Since naruto and minato were the only ones to dodge raikages "fastest attack". Don't say he already did because he didn't. Raikage was at level 1 when sasuke dodged. After raikage went full power sasukes sharingan couldn't even see him. So...can sasuke dodge it or not.

I'm aware that the sasuke fanboys are gonna run throughout this thread. But I still wanted to make it lol

I have a better reference for you bro. In his fight with raikage. After raikage went level two he said your sharingan won't work. You cant read my movement and then boom. Sasuke was looking around like he lost something lol

Sasuke could be as fast as Naruto because of the fight between the Raikage (A) and himself. His Sharingan wasn't able to read his movements at that time. But knowing him he probably trained his Sharingan to practice at moving at the Raikage' (A) speed just like the same way he learned Lee's while learning the Chidori with Kakashi.

he desnt know the nintaijutsu. even if he recorded it he cant do it cuz he doesnt have the skills. he cant prectice moving at lightning speed cuz he CANT move at lightning speed. he busted his but 2 get almost 2 rock lee status.
Knpwing him he doesnt even care about it cuz he has susanoo and ems. he is ALL for Uchiha remember

Imo Naruto and Sasuke are destined to fight each other. The battle wont be epic if Sasuke cant even keep up with Naruto xd See what im getting at, plus like others said. Yep. Naruto's and Sasuke's battle would be quite boring if Sasuke can't even see Naruto.

Kk guys.... Im not saying sasuke is as fast as naruto... And im also not saying sharingan doesnt help sasuke develope his speed.... But the sharingan doesnt mimic the physical speed if a person..... Even with EMS someone like Sasuke want use Susanoo in a battle for to long especially with Susanoo and Amaterasu putting him at risk. Even with EMS, it still has a weakness. Why do you think Madara doesn't use it and how he lost to The First Hokage. I not saying he would use it but he has the requirements. He probably test it out in battle like he did with Susanoo.
