I commend you for thinking outside of the box. This is the most interesting theory I've read regarding the 6th coffin.

However, we have no reason to think it wasn't Edo Tensei when he summoned forth the coffin. As far as we are concerned it was another Edo Tensei. It was also definitely a coffin, which is just that, a coffin. It had a body inside and not an object.

Also, Madara doesn't say "where did you get this?". He says "How did you do this?", which still suggests that it was a body

when kabuto showed madara the sixth coffin, madara said where did you get "this". i doubt he would refer to his brother as this, and as far as we know, he is the only one madara has to fear.

so what if it were a thing that kabuto is just storing in a coffin? after all. isnt this something kishi would do? i mean if he made kabuto put it in a coffin, we would all assume its a person and kishi would surprise us with it being an object. what do you think?

Are you forgetting? Edo Call a soul back from the dead, objects do not have a soul, objects do not have DNA. Only biological life forms have DNA,Animal and plants have DNA not rocks or objects.

I think it could be a living object or non-human life form that had a soul or something weird if we're going with a non-human in the coffin as you theorize. Recall the constraints on the contract are DNA and calling the soul from the 'pure' world to the 'impure' world (i.e. here). Thus, you need to adapt your theory appropriately if you consider it an Edo Tensei process.

I'm fairly certain that it was an Edo Tensei and not just a coffin summons like one can summon a weapon. I like the idea as I've considered it but never really elaborated on it for more than a moment in my head, so way to be creative. Nonetheless, I still think it's a person.

Im new here, but what if it is the sage of six paths?

I see now way that Kabuto could get his DNA unless the So6P's intentionally sealed his DNA for this purpose, he lived way to long ago. Also, since you're new, I recommend searching the forums for theories that suggest it is the S06P's.

That wouldn't work. Edo Tensei summons the souls in the 'pure' world to this world the 'impure' world. As you've written it, you've stated that Madara's soul is currently in the 'impure' world, so there's no way he could've been summoned via Edo Tensei.

Madara's Goal is to be Complete and Immortal, In other words he wants to become the Sage of Six paths.
3 Paths have been revealed to us:
1: Uchiha Blood
2: Senju Blood
3: Rinnengan
the other 3 are Unknown.
The other reason is how do we know Madara is who he Says he is.
for all we know it could be the Real Madara in the 6th Coffin.
but It's a Possibility. Madara also has the First Hokage's DNA. The 1st Hokage was known to use Wood Element jutsus, Trees and such. Maybe the First Hokage aged like a Tree too?
