Moments in the manga not showned in the anime

Ok, so help me out guys, as I dont want to miss on good moments like before shippuden started, in the manga they showed a very good story when kakashi was young, how he got his sharingan from obito.. If a friend hadnt told me I would have missed that and it would have been a total shame..

Im not entirely sure what your asking here. If its to explain some things the anime skipped or changed then one I remember off the top of my hat is the battle between Sasuke and Itachi. In the manga when Itachi ripped Sasuke's eye out, he personally didnt do it, it was this weird branch thing. In the anime they made Itachi do it. Thats just one instance I can remember, you know unless I were to type every damn filler in the anime...

Well its jut that a lot of people tell me to read the manga because there are some things the anime doesnt cover that the manga does

manga shows only the REAL story, so no fillers

anime shows everything xd i hate fillers so i actually only read the manga these days but dont worry; if you missed something thats in the anime but not in manga then its most likely a filler

Just FYI, the anime shows the episodes regarding Kakashi and Obito wayyy out of order when compared to the manga. If you still haven't reached shippuden episode 100 yet, then you still have at least a season before you see it. The anime often does stuff wayyy out of order and if you read the corresponding manga chapters after watching the anime, you'd be surprised how out of order the anime does it sometimes.

In regard to your overall question, there are very small moments that the anime will leave out time to time, but they are never important and are mostly slight alterations due to the animators' take on the scene. I think naruto is much better about getting 100% of everything into the anime than say, Bleach. I know there is at least one seemingly important moment in the bleach manga that they left out of the anime (in the manga all of the gate guards were shown when they invaded soul society and in the anime I think they only showed one of the big gate guards) but I can't think of any significant ones worth noting from Naruto. Though I've only read about a third of the actual Naruto chapters so I'm not the best info source on the matter..
