I think Izanami is on to something becuz tsukyomi is basically torture and u cant torture a dead body
minatoflash he has done it to sasuke, naruto and deidara. he has showed that in the manga. Eye contact is all he needs.
And kogi where does it state that visual jutsu does not work and my arguments are bs, at least i don't come on the site to just say +rep, +5rep +7rep to every single pointless argument that favors my side.

I put draw because if Itachi have never fought against pain before then he wouldn't know pain's abilities and the battle would be the same as pain vs Jiraiya with Itachi losing. It was stated that an uchia's weakness is fighting multiple opponents especially if pain has six body's with all a shared vision. But if Itachi was told about all of pains abilities by Naruto then he wouldnt get a surprised attack by one of pains 7 abilities and could form a great strategy. So it's hard to determine because I can play out ways they both can win.

Jiraiya used Sage art sound Ginjutsu, wich means that the Carkra used was nature chakra that disrupted Nagato's chakra flow in the pains. the highest form of Ginjutsu.
and please dont say its Tustukomi can cus it can Not on th Rinnagan witch sharingan is the decendent from.
and even if the pains cant out run Amateratsu wich Human path has the speed and stealth for, It still is Ninjutsu so It can be Absorbed by Peta path
Amateratsu is blockable with Banshō Ten'in atracksion of all creations
and any ninjutu susummoning ex. amimal summonings but even even if Itachi burns all of them they will be revived by Nakara path Witch is formated in the Back to be protected

lol give up already man.. genjutsu wont work on 6vs1. it wasnt meant for fighting multiple enemies specially with pain. chiyo already explained that to naruto, and naruto get it..don't tell me ur dumber than naruto??lol
Jiraiya's sound genjutsu is different coz it can affect multiple enemies as long as they hear it. so stop comparing frogs genjutsu to itachi's.
fact is when itachi cast genjutsu he is also vulnerable. he needs to stand still when using tsukoyomi coz he needs to focus on his target. Itachi is wise, if he knows he's facing 6 enemies at once he will not use tsukuyomi coz he might lose focus on the other paths and pain might saw an opening to stab itachi.

First off, He used Regular visual ginjutsu on Deidara.The manga showed that Sasuke didnt have MS activated when he cast iginjutsu on the cloud scensor but after, It showed Sasuke holdind his right eye . and The first part of Sasuke and Itachi fight as soon as Itachi stud up and walked to is starting point he cast tostukomi one sasuke and after Sasuke broke It, Itachi was sanding in the same place
second, as I pointed out before I got some shut eye, Tostukumi is a visual jutsu that send chakra to the brain nurvous system and manipulates It causeing the victum serius pain that someone with a high tolerance of pain can hope to survive. kakashi servied It for 1 second wich is what Itachi said 1000 hours In Tostukomi.Pains doesnt work by Brain nurvs or type of nurves at that. Pain works By Rinnagan's ocular chakra powers that can control the Pains by the rods in them they all have Rinnagan that Nagato had createdby Some jutsu we dont yet Know about.
As i stated in the last post, Jiraiya Nature or (Natural i cant remember) chakra
Was used To do Sage art Sound ginjutsu that Disrrupted the Rinnagan's signals cus nature chakra is Chakra is that power full. Thats why nagato used Jiraiya's unknown knoledge of the Rinnagan To defeat Him. A perfect strategy.
read the other posts i mentioned on only one path and tsukiyomi only takes a sec. And when chiyo mentions that kakashi says but that is only for regular genjutsu but not his tsukiyomi go see that chapter again. And itachi also has other strong genjutsu which only take sec, he is not vulnerable it takes only takes 1-2 seconds. he might lose focus what r u talking about man he just needs a sec to put one path in genjutsu doesn't only need tsukiyomi and afterwards can continue the fight.

first of all its not 1000 hours but 72 hours, who said that visual jutsus does not work on rinnegan no, no one said that. it has however been stated that only itachi's brother or his own flesh and blood can break it. Genjutsu has the same purpose it disturbs the chakra network and their senses. jiraya used sage art genjutsu which is strong and disrupted the paths senses and that is exactly what itachi's genjutsu also do but the difference is the user can manipulate the genjutsu depending on their skill. It has never been stated that visual genjutsu do not work so stop saying that it has only been said that only that sasuke and other ppl related to him can break his tsukiyomi, there is no reason why it should not affect one path.
And itachi was not gonna kill sasuke why was he gonna do that of course he was just standing there, the whole point was to die to sasuke and free him from oro. Kakashi even said the tech was instant so stop that bs. and legitimate points u just supported every1 who practically said pain and bs after it, some i agree were good points but a lot of them were just pain and bunch of bs explanations and you were +rep to evrything. But Idc about that i hav to go cya later on the base.
