Yeah, Orochiboy is GONE, only way I could see him makin a comeback is if his genes take over Kabuto's body, but from what I'm seeing, Kabuto is a better Orochimaru than even Orochiboy is, and he seems to have Orochiboy's essence under control, but none the less, I think the Tsuchikage is the strongest with dust release and flight, one can only wonder how he was in his prime

I truly believe dat those with occular powers n Bijuu techs wud have been stronger if they didn't have occular powers eg Kakashi, Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Nagato, Naruto, Gaara, Killer Bee etc. My best without ocular powers n Bijuus are Minato, Guy, Kisame, Jiraiya, Mei Terumi, A, Oonoki, Hiruzen, Orochimaru, Tsunade
