Not everyone can wear suits 24/7, using the words "awesome" or "legendary" in every other sentance. And before you say anything, the reason I haven't already asked her to a movie or something is because she's constantly surrounded by people; there's almost no time where she's not talking to someone where I would be able to ask her out.

Do something stupid like sending her a love note or something like that,
keep her interested, send her flores and chocolate. All this without her knowing that is you. Then when she desperately falls in love with you, ask her out and met her in the beach in the sunset, the run at her and hug her.
