Name of secret Jutsu of the Fourth Hokage

What is the name of the jutsu that only the fourth Hokage could do but jiraiya told Naruto that he was the only shinobi alive that could do it because he possessed the Kyuubi Chakra... does anyone know of this difficult jutsu that even jiraiya couldnt do?

I don't think so ... because Minato perfected FGT .. and Jiraiya didn't use ...

jiraiya said it was a jutsu that the fourth could do but knowone else could do... kakashi said the fourth couldnt even add an element to it so its not the rasengan

It is the Rasengan people.

Minato spent 3 years creating the rasengan after observing the TBB. He didn't perfect it meaning he was unable to add his element to it. Jiraiya-sama was able to learn it after a lot of practice but unable to add his elemental affinity to it. Kakashi learned it too but he was unable to add lightning to it which in turn resulted in him creating Chidori and Raikiri instead.

Rasengan is an A-Rank technique for a reason. It is very hard to learn let alone master it.

It requires mastery of Nature Manipulation and Nature transformation and taking it to a higher degree. THEN finally adding your elemental affinity.
